Los Angeles - Actor Jamie Foxx's former stylist is slapping him with a lawsuit, claiming that she worked for him under a verbal contract and never got paid.
In the lawsuit filed Wednesday, stylist Stacy Young accuses the Oscar-winning actor, Foxxhole Records and 25 other unnamed defendants of breaking verbal agreements made with her.
Young says she was hired during the time Foxx was busy promoting his role in the Michael Mann film "Miami Vice."
She claims the star of "Ray" failed to pay her for services rendered, specifically work she did in dressing him for award shows and press junkets.
According to court papers, Young claims Foxx agreed to pay her $3,000 a day for her efforts.
Foxx's publicist, meanwhile, says he, quote, "knows nothing of the lawsuit."
